Invoices
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please check all shipments before printing or embroidering. Ivory Headwear cannot accept returned caps after decoration, washing, or 60 days after the invoice date. Worn caps will not be accepted unless defective. Items returned due to dealer error may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or a $25 minimum. The dealer or customer is responsible for any freight charges on returned caps. All claims for shortages, damaged goods, etc, must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Ivory Headwear accepts payment by credit card for all new customers, and payment by cash, check, credit card, or ACH for all customers with approved credit terms.
CREDIT CARDS
Ivory Headwear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All new accounts will be set up on Credit Card terms and must provide a valid credit card prior to order shipment.
ORDERING AND PRICING
Orders may be placed by phone or email. Embroidery and custom orders must be placed on a written purchase order. Custom orders will require written approval before production will proceed. Custom orders require a 50% deposit due upon receipt of goods in the US. Custom orders will not be released until this deposit has been paid.
OPEN TERMS
Net 30-day credit terms may be granted upon approval of a signed credit application. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will apply to any unpaid balance.
BUSINESS HOURS AND SHIPPING
Our customer service department is located in Portland, Oregon, and is open from 7 am to 5 pm (PST) Monday through Friday. Orders for blank caps placed before 1 pm will ship the same day unless otherwise indicated. Orders for overnight delivery must be placed before 12 noon local time (PST).
COLOR SHADES AND GARMENT DYED FABRICS
Color shade variations are inherent with any fabric during the dyeing process. Ivory Headwear cannot guarantee color shades will match previous shipments. Prolonged exposure to light or moisture may cause fading or discoloration and is not a cap defect. Slight imperfections in pigment-dyed and garment-washed caps are a natural feature of these cap styles.
